Founder and production manager
Founder of AZ Arredamenti in 1976, Mario created a company specialized in the creation of interiors for public and private premises. He still works as a carpenter today, with the same dedication as always, organizing and supervising the entire production. He is the beating heart of the operational department and the soul of the company.
CEO
He takes care of relationships with designers and architects, manages relationships with customers and suppliers, creates estimates and supports designers in design choices, dealing with the search for materials and aesthetic solutions. He deals with communication and company administration, coordinating every operational and decision-making aspect. He is in fact the dynamic and visionary mind of the company.
Operations coordinator and carpenter
Angelo has been at AZ Arredamenti since 1981, and is the point of reference for all his colleagues. Each project begins at his work table, coordinating the entire operational process, from site inspections to production organisation, up to delivery and final installation. He knows every detail of the trade and ensures that each piece of furniture meets the deadlines, quality and needs of customers and designers.
Sanding and lamination specialist
A historic presence in AZ Arredamenti since 1982, Marino is a master in sanding, edging and lamination processes. His decades of experience and attention to detail give the furniture impeccable finishes that last over time.
Specialized worker for work centers
At AZ Arredamenti since 2006, Andrea is the point of reference for the operational management of work centers. Precision, experience and technical vision make him essential in the dialogue with architects and designers, with whom he coordinates the processing phases to guarantee the perfect realization of every detail.
Sectioning Manager
Having joined AZ Arredamenti in 2019, Lorenzo has developed skills in sanding, edging and lamination, before becoming responsible for panel sectioning and furniture construction. Precision, autonomy and passion make him a key figure in the company’s production heart.
Carpenter in charge of painting, edging and assembly
Matteo works with versatility between the paint booth and the automatic edging machine. A skilled sander, he is also part of the team dedicated to the installation and assembly of the furniture. Its precision and availability make it a valuable resource at every stage of the production process.
Painting manager
At AZ Arredamenti since 2016, Alex leads the painting department with skill and artisanal care. An expert in finishes, he is the one who gives the final touch to each element, ensuring aesthetic coherence and material quality in every project.
Production and assembly worker
Having joined AZ Arredamenti in 2007, Massimiliano is a key figure in internal production and a pillar of the assembly team. Reliable and precise, he accompanies each project from the laboratory to the construction site, guaranteeing executive quality and attention to every detail.
Carpenter and assembler
Expert carpenter, Davide is a complete figure who precisely follows the assembly of the furniture and its final assembly. With expert hands and a technical eye, he transforms each project into concrete reality, guaranteeing solidity, aesthetics and functionality.
Apprentice carpenter
The youngest of the team, Alessandro began his journey at AZ Arredamenti as an apprentice carpenter. With a humble and always available character, he is training with passion and commitment. The company believes in his potential and invests in him for a future role of responsibility within production.
